Having been labelled on here as a racist, I would deny that claim most fervently for a variety of reasons, although I can easily see how somebody may come to that conclusion.
Racism, in whatever form it takes, needs to be called out, as it is am evil that denies our fellow man the very dignity that we ourselves demand and expect.
Most incidents of racism are directed by whites towards non whites, and therefore gain the headlines and the popular appreciation of the whole subject.
But I declare that racism is a two way street, and that racism in many forms is directed not only towards individual white people or groups of white people, but towards the very institutions and traditions that are part of our accepted way of life, and that such reverse racism, is equally dangerous and also needs to be confronted vigorously whenever it appears under whatever current guise it has adapted.
Do you agree with this, or have any constructive comment to offer?

> BLM in South Africa is all whites tortured, raped & murdered!

Judging by what isn't being removed, stuff like the above, what is being removed must be pretty bad.

By the way, I know a few white South Africans. They haven't been tortured, raped and murdered, and they continue to choose to live in South Africa.

Andy - my posts are entirely justifiable except to a snowflake.
I see you're still dodging the question, of why you've stated you'd rather a white person got the job/s. Not as easy to cover your tracks when the vagaries of religion aren't there, is it!
THELAND, posts questioning deleted posts tend to result in those posts also being deleted.
"When a black person gets a presenting job? Along with all the other black people getting presenting jobs?
That is racism in reverse."

Are you saying only black folk get to be presenters, there are too many of them or that they are not as good as non-black presenters?
Theland - // Andy - my posts are entirely justifiable except to a snowflake. //

Aparently not.
You are quite right Emile for a long time it was the boys from the club that got the jobs.
there would still be dislike or hatred had we been all one colour.
MM, i think you mean me, yes indeed.
Theland actually said ‘they should take the best regardless of race’. I’m not sure whether his critics missed that bit - or whether they chose not to read it.
i learned a lesson when young that dating a black was actively discouraged from both sides of the fence. That black people can be as prejudiced as they come, same as white folks. If we all were same colour we would find any old excuse to discriminate, kill one another anyway
i think they might have missed that bit
that should read dating a black man, sorry about that
I’m not sure whether his critics missed that bit - or whether they chose not to read it.

I certainly didn't miss it. It was completely overshadowed by his statement that there should have been plenty of 'white folks' (cringe) who could have filled the posts.
best person for the post, doesn't always get it irrespective of colour or ability.
I think that's a different discussion, Em.
not really zacs. Theland seems to think that whites could fill most jobs, but alludes to the fact that black people seem to be overly represented perhaps in the media. Surely we should be over this by now..
Over what? The assumption that they didn't get it on their own merits or the fact that black people are over represented as a percentage of the population?

The problem is, for some people, just the sight of a black face in their living rooms sets their inbuilt prejudices galloping, it's Pavlovian, and it's built-in - a bit like ethnicity in fact ...
this black - v white argument.
