Having been labelled on here as a racist, I would deny that claim most fervently for a variety of reasons, although I can easily see how somebody may come to that conclusion.
Racism, in whatever form it takes, needs to be called out, as it is am evil that denies our fellow man the very dignity that we ourselves demand and expect.
Most incidents of racism are directed by whites towards non whites, and therefore gain the headlines and the popular appreciation of the whole subject.
But I declare that racism is a two way street, and that racism in many forms is directed not only towards individual white people or groups of white people, but towards the very institutions and traditions that are part of our accepted way of life, and that such reverse racism, is equally dangerous and also needs to be confronted vigorously whenever it appears under whatever current guise it has adapted.
Do you agree with this, or have any constructive comment to offer?

Too hard for you Theland?
I'm sorry Theland, but you can't post this:

//But we are a sad country if we couldn't fill those vacancies with white folk, as we do on every other walk of life.//

...and claim you're not racist. You're flat saying they should hire white people.
I've questioned him on that, Mozz. He's around because he's posted on / started other threads. I think his petard has tightened around his throat.

Zacs - My true racist colours. Ha yes! That sounds like a quote from a McCarthy commie nearing in the USA.
Is that the level of discussion? On the lookout for self incrimination?
Grow up and get real. Ask and I'll answer. Don't answer for me.
If you think I'm racist, don't keep it to yourself, type in bold and start a few threads on it, report me, get me banned.
All I can say is that I am totally against racism, and especially so when it is dressed up in a cloak of morality and spewed out by blacks and virtue signalling whites.
Go on! Get going! I'm waiting and I don't give a toss!

Et tu Mozz?
I'm not racist But we are a sad country if we couldn't fill those vacancies with white folk
There's no "et tu" about it Theland, you can't write something like that and expect it to go unchallenged.
Does your D-I-L have a job, Theland?
surely it should be best person for the job irrespective of colour.
In fairness Theland did say //They should ts!e the best regardless of race. //

Perhaps his first sentence was poorly worded.
//All I can say is that I am totally against racism, and especially so when it is dressed up in a cloak of morality and spewed out by blacks and virtue signalling whites.//

Sorry, can I clarify this? You're "totally against racism", but particularly when you perceive it to be by black people?
Would you prefer it if white folk were over-represented on tv?
“It's OK to have ladies nights in gyms but not OK to have a men only night.”

Some of us, old-fashioned feminists that we are, would rather you called them women’s nights. “Ladies (and gentlemen)” are very archaic, outmoded terms, carrying baggage of sexism.
Emms, completely agree. The best candidate should get the role. Sadly, Theland seems to think that if the best candidate isn't white, there's some kind of PC agenda at work.

Do I need to spell it out for you numpties?
Vacancy.
100 applications.
Whittle down to about ten.
Interview.
Take the best.

Clear now? Simples!
I've no objection to the term 'lady', so why should you, a man, object to it?
Question Author
Royfamojs - yes, a nurse.
^That to Allen.

Mozz, //Sadly, Theland seems to think that if the best candidate isn't white, there's some kind of PC agenda at work. //

But Theland is right. These days there often is a PC agenda at work. The BBC is ploughing £100,000 into 'diversity'.
allen knows better than you what women should be called, naomi...and so he should, he is a man after all.
Question Author
Mozz - There IS a PC agenda at work. Look and you will see.
Seek and you will find. Listen and you will hear.
