Will humans ruin the earth? Or will they ever be able to live in closer harmony with nature? Will Man Ruin the Earth Beyond Repair?

A reason for hope

The Bible gives us assurance that the future of our planet is secure. It explains why human efforts are not enough to save the earth, and it describes the real change that must be made. It also identifies how this change will come about.

LOCUST Does the Bible say that everyone goes to heaven? This is confusing because the Bible mentions a resurrection for all those in the memorial tombs JOHN .3.7. 15.17.It suggests that all who have died throughout time will have the chance to see the new Earth under the direction of His Son, the Prince of Peace, guiding people in ways we do not understand. The Bible clearly speaks of this resurrection. For example, there are two instances: a young man was brought back to life by Jesus without any mention of him seeing heaven or his Creator. Similarly, a young girl, who had died, was revived by Jesus with no commentary on her experiencing heaven. Lastly, Lazarus, who had been dead for four days, was resurrected and returned to his sisters, yet he provided no account of seeing his Creator in heaven or any details of such an experience.?????.

I would think you'd be very annoyed and upset due to the willful destruction of your home, especially after investing so much time, effort, and energy into creating your ideal living space. Locust, it doesn't matter who goes to heaven. You have stated that your God will create a new heaven and earth, my question is why would s/he need to create a new heaven? Surely heaven is a perfect place isn't it?

LOCUST: Indeed, the heavens have reached a state of perfection. However, there was a time when heaven experienced turmoil, and Michael and his angels had to cast out Satan and his minions. This led to the emergence of a renewed heaven. In a similar vein, it is foretold that Michael will purify the Earth, removing Satanic influences, and we will inherit a new Earth aligned with the righteous principles set forth by our Lord Jesus Christ.

The discussion will start with a biblical parable that sets the stage for the model prayer. The second verse states, Matthew 6:9, "Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven." A heavenly conflict is described:

Michael and his angels battled against Satan and his demons, culminating in their banishment from heaven to earth. This act cleansed the heavens, marking the beginning of a new era there. Likewise, this purification is predicted to occur on Earth with Jesus' second coming, when he will distinguish the just from the unjust, granting the righteous eternal life on a new, paradisiacal Earth. This significant event will mark the start of a new Earth, free from Satan and his followers, who, as the scriptures say, will be thrown into an abyss, prevented from disseminating evil for a thousand years.

I never understand why an all powerful God created Satan in the first place - he's omniscient so he must have known what would happen.  And why would he need to do battle with anyone? Surely a quick 'zap' would do the trick.   What a load of irrational nonsense!

From that statement, we can conclude that Satan the Devil was at one time perfect and righteous, namely, one of God’s angelic sons.JOHN .8-44 Indeed, the Bible describes Satan as a being who is a murderer and a slanderer.Through deceit and cunning, Satan beguiled Eve, aiming for self-exaltation. He desired that humans venerate him as a deity, with the intention of usurping the Creator's place.

But God is omniscient, therefore he must have known what he was creating when he created it.  He has no excuse.  He created good and he created evil - the bible tells you that too.

Of course your bible translates 'evil' as 'calamity' - but who wants calamity?  Only a warped mind.

Locust -Yes.The creator did create a perfect.Celestial Angel.And gave him a wonderful position.In the Garden of Eden.He was to watch over Adam and Eve to see.Them.Cultivate.The wonderful garden that the Creator had put them in.But.Satan with his. Freedom of will. Decided to.Driven by his ego, he chose to deceive the woman into disobedience, seeking human adoration for himself rather than for the Creator.

However, his ego and desire for glory led to his downfall. He was given a wonderful position in the Garden of Eden, where he was to watch over Adam and Eve and see them cultivate the beautiful garden the Creator had placed them in. But Satan, with his freedom of will, chose to deceive the woman into disobedience, seeking human adoration for himself rather than for the Creator.

 

Genesis 3:1 states, "Now the serpent was the most cautious of all the wild animals of the field that Jehovah God had made." So it said to the woman, "Did God really say that?" Indeed, the Creator could have immediately destroyed the Serpent, but that would not have addressed the underlying issue. The real problem was the multitude of angels observing, who also possessed free will. Thus, the Creator allowed time to unfold, akin to a court case, to demonstrate His point. LOCUST: From my perspective, the logic is clear. It may be difficult for you to understand, and you seem to complicate things for yourself. As I've consistently mentioned, all quotes are from sacred texts. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 states, “All Scripture is inspired by God and beneficial for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.” This is not of man, but of my belief. 1 Corinthians 3:19 says, “For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, ‘He catches the wise in their craftiness.’” We are prepared to face any challenge because Jehovah is our Supreme Teacher. His Word provides us with all we need to be "fully competent" and "completely equipped for every good work." (2 Tim. 3:17) Following the Bible's teachings gives us wisdom beyond the world's.
