The theory of the evolution of man is the product of science at its most ridiculous. Adam and Eve were two adult human beings created by God just after he created the universe. They were the first and only people on the planet, and they were the forebears of the whole human race.

So how do creationists account for the diverse physical appearances of the assortment of peoples inhabiting the earth today? It stands to reason that most of them do not bear a family resemblance.

Naomi – On a serious note I still believe that Adam and Eve’s family still have so many things common. I know we may have different skin colour, different build, different height and so on. But as Allah says in Quran that there are signs within yourself telling you that you are all from one father. The one sign I can think of is blood. You can have a person and if he ever needs blood transfusion then his own family members may not be able to help him due to different blood group but someone from the other part of the world completely unknown, unrelated may have the same blood group. Very simple thing but if you think then it gives you message.

depends, ummmm... there's a difference between having incestuous thoughts (or paedophile ones, for instance) and acting on them. Alcohol is famous for loosening inhibitions so people do things they wouldn't normally. So a person might perhaps be all sorts of pervert, but until he'd got drunk we'd never know about it.

(This doesn't apply to all perverts, obviously. But some.)

But surely that is as a result of evolution. If YOU think, then unlike the existence of Adam and Eve, evolution carries some pretty overwhelming evidence.

Ummm and Ratter – I just said about areas in Somerset. And I was given that information (right or wrong) by someone from that area, white ( I mean local) and someone who did not believe in Quran (especially) for Ratter. Now I am not saying that it happens or does not happen, and very simply if you read my post it says that someone told me.

As to the point about alcohol or drugs. Then please do not take my words watch TV programmes and read news and you would see people doing things they otherwise wouldn’t. Obviously I did not say that anyone who drinks has incest sex.
