when I click on a photo in My Pictures it insists on opening in Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.0 (I didn't even know I had this but I assume it came with Photoshop Elements 3). I'm given the option of opening in Windows Picture Viewer, which I want (quicker and less 'noisy' to look at), but have to do it every time. Where can I change the default to Picture Viewer? I've got Windows XP.

Isn't The Full Monty a brilliant film?

Good morning!

I wonder how many of these "outraged" parents actually stand with the children for the 2 mins silence on Rememberance Sunday? We always had to.

Jno, I find nothing funny about salad and it certainly doesn't make me laugh - wine does!
blimey jno, you really can find everything on the net.
what's the poppy removal story?
The son of an FB friend of mine was really peeved because all the kids had been told to bring 50p to school to buy a poppy and he thought he was going to get a puppy.
Chilly and grey here and dogs asleep.
Morning all
Sunny day so far .Hope you're all ok this morning .
Lovely pic Woofy .
I watched Poirot .It's the last one with David Suchet next week .I thought it was her too .She had an evil look about her !
Morning sunbeams...

Good point there neti...woofy this thread brought it to my attention, plenty of news reports on google

I have dropped my mobile phone down the lav...yes, you heard....I'll say no more, maybe a bowl of salad will make me smile.

tut, talk to yourself ....

...and now look what I've done...

it was.... growly voice .... smokin' but didn't set the alarm off so I suppose I ought to test it...anyone got a spliff?
Robi that's so funny, the only other person I know who did that was my godson...after I finished laughing I asked how he had managed to do it and he said he was using it as a torch....i didn't ask him what he was looking at......
Ha ha, Shughy has got best answer!
While you're all having a laugh at my expense can any of you recommend a basic one please? Don't need internet it's just for out and about/ emergencies/texts....

I'm off to stick my poppy pin in anyone who stands too near....
oh and no contract malarkey, just payg or whatever it's called.
Cheap as chips in Orange Robi, phone about £20 with payg sim included, just have to put maybe £10 on sim.
Am trying to get parcel together for hija, but can't find half of the clothes and shoes she wants. 20kilos is the limit. and the road to the Post office is closed now so how the hell am I going to get the parcel to it?
Robi, just get a phablet!
phablet? pah! I need something small that fits in my pocket so it can slide out easily and drop straight down the pan when I go to the lav. I've always had nokia/orange payg so if this one doesn't work again by the weekend I think I'll have a look at those thanks.

Soooo, went to the shops, all okay, weather phabulous. Fancied a snack, got a lovely crust of bread ready, popped a mug of tommy soup in the micro....put shopping away...come back to find a lovely crisp crust, now doubling as small tray, and a mug of cold soup.

ok, go ahead.....
I blame jno, those laughing leaves are witchcraft
Orange will replace your sim so you keep same number.
Have been playing Talking Tom 2 on phone and had to play lots to get him an Xmas tree, a red bow tie and an Xmas hat, think I had better do something else.
Oh nooo Robinia ...what a jinxy day you're having .It's not a full moon is it ?

I hope it works again otherwise they do cheapie payg's in Asda and Tesco .

Put in tin with uncooked rice overnight - seriously.
I know shaney...haha, I'm obviously not alone with my mishap I see and I've missed three opportunities to start a thread in cb today...still, the night is young ;o)

I'm not really upset about the phone, it is old, it's just the inconvenience...
...pun intended! So far I can turn it on and ring myself, so at least I can chat to someone who understands me. :)
I've found some silica gel in a sachet neti
You'll need more than one sachet to dry out the phone, use the rice!!
