I've just registered with a large garden supplies website and when I went to log on this message came up..

Is it anything to worry about? I don't shop on the internet very often, I'm a bit paranoid. :)

I take one water tablet and the only time I noticed any effect was when I accidentally took it at night. Stay calm jno and carry on improving...hope your OH is ok.

It's considerably milder here shaney but dull now with threatening clouds.

Oh I wish I was frightened of spiders instead of everything else. If I could drive I'd set myself up as Spider Removals. I doubt they hate lemon polish and conkers and all the other deterrents.

I wish spiders ate vine weevil, I've seen some more this week so with a heavy heart I've bagged and binned my houseplants. I'll have to buy some plastic flowers from a jumble sale.
Hello all. I am typing very slowly and listening to my spell checker.
Good to hear about your 'non-palpitating' walk Jno but a shame about the tabs getting you up too soon. I'm at cross purposes with my diet so I know what you mean. It's taken me about 3 years to get it levelled off for low sugar, low fat and colitis problems. I can eat lots of things for low fat but they can irritate my colon so I have to think.
Hope you feel better Robi. Are you going to have a word with your Dr. About you know what.
My washer has just stopped and it is now coming over all dull and I was hoping to hang it out. Don't think so now.
I've done the biggest load of ironing this morning which I'm pleased about but then it's a neverending job init!
Just have a bit more wall paper to get off the back bedroom wall then it will be ready for my odd job man to come on
Monday and get it ready for decorating. Smoothing off and filling holes etc.
Hope all is well with all if you and I'll see ya later. Ready for some lunch!
If there are any errors I can't find them. ;-)
B****r I've found 1 !!! :-(
God I would polish to within an inch of my life if if got rid of spiders!!!

No rain so far today, on 3rd load of washing, all the rest is dried and put away.

My BP pills are also diuretics but I rarely go, except for the last couple of nights, cos the temp had dropped so I am weeing at all hours, really annoying.

Oh poor Robi, I wish we could get your stomach sorted.

Mr N just made crostes, very very hard lumps of bread soaked in olive oil, garlic, dill and squashed tomatoes, it is delish but very very bad for teeth, so I could only eat a couple of pieces and managed to suck and gum another piece but gave up in the end, too worried about my teeth, jno woud love it!!!

Looks good to me Jude, 10 out of 10 :)
Yes, if I can get a good receptionist on the phone, hopefully I can talk to my gp next week.
Well I can't see any errors Jude .Go to the top of the class.
There are no grammar and spelling police in here :)
It's quite warm and windy out there , I've thrown caution to the wind and pegged out ,non matching of course .
I hope you can get to see your doctor soon Robinia .

Don't worry about me, I'm a wuss. :)

There are spots of rain on the window...or it might be spider wee.
Just one capital A after Dr. but that's because of the full stop.
You missed it.... 'all if you' instead of 'of'.....
that's the last time I'm doing that. If it's wrong then so be it.
I love spiders and just move them if they're in my way.

Just finished taking the paper off the wall. Time for a cuppa!
well that's the kitchen tidy again which is a good start. We went shopping this morning to avoid the bottle bank.
free gjuided walks around London this weekend so we will go on a couple

(health permitting, but we can always stop if we have to)
I used to love London at the weekends, not the touristy bits but the embankment and Westminster and Pimlico. Specially beautifully on misty autumn mornings. Earth has not anything to show more fair.
I'm very envious Jno .I'd love to have a hobble round London .
Lol..I've just perused that in more detail ..I think the Green Chain Megawalk would be the death of me ...might be alright for our Jude though ,she'd probably do it in half that time, running :)
we won't be doing anything longer than 2 miles. I'm pretty much okay for it now (crosses fingers) but OH is still taking things very carefully. We've been thinking about one along the canal.
Take it easy between you then .Even two miles would be too much for me unless there were places to sit down for a rest along the way .That would be like walking into town from here for me .I'm still feeling the effects of hiking round the workhouse but at least I could collapse on a desk or a 1950's chair in there .
I'm ready for anything, shaney

I got one of those in my gout years, and I've kept it to hand just in case.
Good morning all. Enjo
I give up....nearly! Have a good weekend. Enjoy your walk Jno. I'm off to Fuschia's for my cuppa.
Laters gaters!
