What online digital brain are you referring to? URL please. There are plenty of sites that allow you to upload data onto a web based hard drive but the space is usually very limited. If, however, you mean uploading a webpage to a web server you usually use the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) and a utility like cuteftp.
