Nearly forgot Woofy. Thanks for your recommendation re the sinuses. Problem is, it isn't as simple as that and my nose is actually clear. It is all much further into the sinuses. It stems from having so many allergies (I also have pigeon fanciers lung, as you know). I have increased sensitivity from my nose right down to the base of my lungs and have to be very careful. If that makes sense!!

you are welcome lottie. I too get the clear nose bad sinus thing. I know that mine are playing up before I get the sinus pain because i can smell cigarette smoke...in a house where no one EVER smokes. Before I found out it was a sinus symptom, I thought we'd got a ghost. But yes if it goes all the way down to your lung you have to be careful indeed. The boys are out having 5 minutes in the garden. Forecast is for freezing fog here tomorrow so no early walkies for them, instead we will take them out later.

Morning Everybiddy. Bliddy freezing this morning. Took me 1/4 hr to get car defrosted but I am now mobile again. Nipped to Sainsburys and caught up with bananas and veg. resisted the 25% of all clothing today only because they didn't have my size in anything I fancied. Rang school and it's open today so I'll be off there this afto.Hope everyone with aches and pains feel a lot better soon. I'm so lucky I don't have any real aches and pains at the mo, touch wood. Just keep taking the pills for colitis and hope it doesn't recur.
Going to have Spag/Bol today before I go out should keep me warm. And you all keep warm too.

Well, I finally got dynamic with the dyson & do you know what, it wasn't that bad....so from now on every 2 months it is then ;o)

My friend across the road has come over to the dark side........no not my house!...................she's bought an M&S fleece & she loves it! haha. She's always been one of the sweti 'I can't stand lots of clothes on' brigade but even she's cooled off in these temps.

Just been for a very long walk, then has a coffee in the rain, but I was sweating, not too cold here at mo, and the sun has come out, oops no it's gone in again! Washing in and out!! Popped into the health centre in the offchance it was open, but no such luck, will try tomorrow am as surely they cannot be shut for 5 days (in sat and sun) It's not an emergency so won't go to Urgencias. I do love this time of year and the weather, sorry (really) to you lot who do have it exceedinly (sp?) bad!

we reached the giddy heights of minus 2C but it's on the way back down now.

I've bumped my forearm soooo very hard on the door handle, the pain was sickening. There's a big lump & my arm & hand are getting stiffer by the minute. It's sure to turn black so whatever the weather tomorrow I'll be wearing one short sleeve so I can have lots of sympathy & custards. :o(
