Electricity In Dubai?

Can anyone confirm that the electricity in Dubai is 220v, and that the plugs are the same as UK ie 3 pin? Thank you.

Hi all, I am bopping around the bedroom to Jeff Lynne at Glasto eating a cheese roll, gosh its hot.
Hija has messed us up royaly. She was supposed to be coming back last night but changed her flight to this aternoon at 5. So Mr N and I went out for a sober lunch being as one of us (him I decided) was going to drive tO airport. Then we get a message that someone else is collecting her, meaning she'll be out all night AGAIN!

Quite windy here and the algroba tree is shedding it's leaves so the patio is carpeted with them, whenever I try to sweep them they blow everywhere, but I have managed most of them.
Hija was home at 23.30 so I was well pleased.

Good, erm, afternoon....I thought I'd been in here already but obviously not. It's one of those days, went up the stairs three times before I remembered what I wanted. Day one of Wimbledon, it isn't raining but it's cold and windy.
I didn't watch any Glastonbury this year, not in the mood but do carry on bopping.

Just found another deasbrat by the garden wall. That's 2 in a week and these are sewer rats not the sweet cuddly looking big field rats. Strange really as we don't have a sewer! Its either cos of Brexit or Spain's lack of government. Things going to pt already!

Football is still functioning.Good job something is even if it's only football.
Italy are playing Spain.This is apparently very crucial as to who plays Germany.Mr S is ensconced on the sofa with his chart.
Turned out lovely after all .No rain although it was forecast. Warm and pleasant in the sun and I wheeled the brown bin around out the front and did some snipping and hauled out some weeds.
The hydrangeas are lush and budding up nicely.I was a bit worried as I pruned them really hard back last time and got rid of a lot of dead woody stuff.

Mr S says the germans have got to pull their socks up or they will be in big trouble.Now England are playing .He's superglued to the sofa .
I'm thinking of going to bed with my book .At least I have my bath to look forward to in the morning:) Can't collect my socks until Wednesday so am hoping they may let me off the dreaded bandages tomorrow.
