Electricity In Dubai?

Can anyone confirm that the electricity in Dubai is 220v, and that the plugs are the same as UK ie 3 pin? Thank you.

Still hot here but I'd have said lower 30s. Lots of shops shut because of patron saint's day (Virgin of the Remedies... I was going to ask for something for my ant-bitten arm) but we went to see dolmens. No dolwomen anywhere.

Much nicer here too .Not so humid ,bright and sunny. It's about 25C but a lovely breeze is keeping it comfortable .Nothing much doing.

Ibiza's patron saint is Our Lady of the snows!!! Guess there were no virgins available and as for snows!!!! Someone must have had a drop too much of the local liqueur Hierbas!!!

Morning....no.... a'noon all. Much fresher here now too but keeps clouding over, it was very humid first thing. Yesterday was uncomfortable and headachey.
Had my hair done (at last) layered bob and coloured, hi/low, a la Fay Ripley.

Thought I was going to have to resort to dizzy pills this past week shaney but, fingers crossed, I feel better now the humidity's dropped. I managed to get to the shops without reeling.

I've been Hermoine, shorter and blonder. I do like this darker blonde though, it means I can pile on a bit more slap. I'll have to do some dead caterpillar eyebrows and bee sting lips. :)

My hair is very short and spiky a la hedgehog and very blonde, you see it on FB woofy. Had it cut last Friday and have just got it to my liking, I tried a different make of colour and I didnt like it, but looks ok now after yea old blue rinse. So very glad I have this style at the moment because my scalp sweats unbearably in the heat as my hair is so thick, andmits been coolish.
Trying to think of another style but am stuck for ideas.
