open holidays go bust
Has anyone else received a letter telling them that their holiday may be lost due to open holidays going out of business

If you booked an inclusive package (i.e. flight + accommodation), you can make a claim under the ATOL bond. (See the link below).
If you booked accommodation only, there might be a remote chance that Open Holidays had paid the hotel in advance. (Contact the hotel to check). It's far more likely though that the hotel hasn't been paid, so all you can do is to contact the administrator and hope that there's some money left to give you a partial refund. (In most cases, non-preferential unsecured creditors either receive very little or, probably more usually, nothing at all).
