Hi mnko I have just sat and read this from start to finish and find it very very sad. I know how it feels to be depressed, I have had depression for 11 years or so. Still on tablets and cannot even drop them down to one from two. Please ,Please go to your doctor, close friend, church or just sit down with your wife and talk about how you are feeling. You have a lovely wife you say and children. Dont live them feeling guilty all thier lives wondering what "They "did wrong, because they will blame themselves, for their whole life. They do deserve better dont they? Being without a daddy will break their hearts. And your wife must love you dearly for what you are and who you are. Please think about them and not yourself. Days will get better and the black cloud will lift. I promise.! we are all with you in thought. take each day at a time.ok. Brenda xx

Phew. I am so glad you are okay mnko. I was just going to post a message to you and read your post. As others have said , ignore the uncaring , tactless individuals who were downright rude to you. I do hope you speak to someone though to talk through your feelings oh and ignore the comment that this is not the place to discuss this when a certain AB user who said that is posying questions about a broken toe and help for a crossword in the wrong section ! You have as much right as anyone to post in here and it was a genuine question. Those of us who are more sympathetic will always be here to listen and help any way we can. Chin up and think of your wife and lovely little kids. Hope you feel better soon x

half the posts on B&S are inviting sympathy, fee; I can't see why mnko shouldnt do the same. I'm not sure that calling someone who's feeling suicidal 'pathetic' is helpful, but you have a right to exhibit your finer feelings too. Perhaps on someone else's thread, though?
