I'm certainly not and yes can't wait to get rid of what I have believe to have been near pointless mask wearing - however going by the average ABer's comments I think there are loads who are anxious.

Beautiful day here but cold. Had a hospital appt early this morning and then went to the sea front for breakfast outside the cafe on the prom looking at the waves. I felt liberated and not anxious. We ended up having tea and cake further down the coast, so my first day of freedom was great. I feel like a different person now!

Wearing a mask for the foreseeable doesn’t faze me one bit, soon we will accept this virus like the flu virus and get the jab yearly for it

the flu, pneumonia claims thousands of lives every year, looks like this wretched virus will continue to do the same, i guess that one will have to live with it, but its a sad fact so many more will likely die.
when most have been vaccinated then perhaps it will abate somewhat.

Wearing a mask in a n MRI scanner felt Weird. So few people around at the coast that we didn't wear masks. We didn't go anywhere near anybody! Noone wearing masks except for the cafe staff. I put it back on for a short visit into Tesco.

I'm a little anxious, only because my life has changed quite a bit in the past year. I was working full time before the pandemic, now I'm not working at all and lockdown has become my normal. The world is my oyster I know, but where to start!!

Just fo for short walks to begin with Maydup. Is there a park or promenade near you? Check them out, if you think there are too many people about go home if you don't feel comfortable. Don't forget it's supposed to be safer outside.

Thanks cashier, I realise I'm OK with going out, in fact I enjoy it and have not been shielding: its the idea of doing new things and meeting new people that is making me anxious. Lockdown was a decent excuse for being anti social!
