hi went to weight watchers last year and got down below my goal weight since then i have put all my weight back on and more i am now ten and half stone and just cannot shift it i go training and walk the dog. But it will not shift thinking of getting the electric carving knife out ps only joking just need some ideas as my confidence has gone.

Know how you feel. I am doing weight watchers at the moment and have only about 10lb to go. I have got to goal many times and put it back on. I think we just have to realise it is not a quick fix but a way of life. We have to change the things we eat. It worked for you before, give it another go and as jus some gal says, slowly is the best way. Good Luck. You can do it!
I don't think 'goal' should be a weight, I think it should be a size where you feel comfortable and that it realistic to maintain.

As a life-long serial dieter who ended up with an eating disorder and far bigger than I ever would have been if I'd never gone on a diet. I believe that the key is finding confidence and acceptance within yourself. A life worrying because you're a few pounds overweight according to some chart is not a life!
