I don't think 'goal' should be a weight, I think it should be a size where you feel comfortable and that it realistic to maintain.
As a life-long serial dieter who ended up with an eating disorder and far bigger than I ever would have been if I'd never gone on a diet. I believe that the key is finding confidence and acceptance within yourself. A life worrying because you're a few pounds overweight according to some chart is not a life!
