after serving 8 of his 16 year sentence - do you think he could resurrect his music career? I still enjoy his records and would probably go to a gig if he did one locally. Or do you think he should be permanently outcast?
I think a combination of national hostility, combined with tha absence of any audience for virtually any original Glam Rock artist will make a return to the stage highly unlikely for Mr Glitter.
I think there are several acts from that period still performing and of course loads of tribute acts - but should this creature ever consider returning to the stage, acceptance of his music would be the least of his worries.
The anger should be directed at the powers that saw fit to set him free. This man, and his sort,have to be mental,and will always be an obvious danger to kids.
