Anybody else getting a little bit bored with this story?
I know it is sad for those involved but, christ, it is only a few hundred quid at the end of the day - the way some of them have been reacting you'd've thought their first born had been taken by a Dingo or something.

Of course I have sympathy ~ I would have sympathy for anyone losing any amount of money to these people.

As I have repeatedly mentioned in previous threads, I have fond memories of Farepak hampers as in the 70's my grandparents saved all through the year in order to feed a family of 10 over the festive season & beyond.

Can I also thank Waldo for delighting me with the phrase 'chinny reckon'. I haven't heard that in years :o)
I get more annoyed by the fact that the ANIMAL running the Company has a personal fortune of over 60m

The Company I work for has compensated all employees in full for their loss. One employee a grandfather of 6 lost 800, not a few quid by far. (He does NOT smoke, drink, is not fat, etc etc)

Have you ever thorght that the people shown on TV, are actors, just there to suck in the gullable.

Naz, I feel sorry for you, you must have a terribly boring badly paid job, as your so bitter.

Kate, good for you girl, hind sight is a wonderful thing, and people who say you should have put your money in the bank should realise this. I do hope you have a good Christmas.
So xmas IS all about money and presents then ! I do feel sorry for these people but why not just save the money in a bank account.
