help!!

i have a long haired black cat which came from a rescue home, i would estimate him to be about 10-12 yeard old.

he has been flead, and wormed but just lately i have noticed he has a couple of bald patches near is bum, just below wher his tal ends, is this normal?

he is eating reasonably well, one tin of kit-e-kat/whiskers per day and he always has a bowl of iams complete by his food bowl.

Could be ringworm if the hair is dropping out in kind of a circular pattern, otherwise have you noticed him scratching or pulling it out himself! maybe a bit distressed with the change??!! otherwise ring and have a chat to your vet!
could be a flea allergy as you havnt said how long you have had him, and when he was de flead.
