Im afraid you are where youre born.Unless like the Duke of Wellington you prefer not to be.I believe , though i may be wrong.The Duke of Wellington said " just because one is born in a stable doesnt make one a horse " or something like that.But technically your nationality is where youre born , as far as im aware.
