photoshop elements 2

How can you make photo's appear retro or give it a 70's look in photo shop Elements 2?

Any help gladly received :-)

What do you mean by a 70s look? Flares and a Kipper Tie?

I use elements 2 and dont see how a decade can be manipulated or created. You can change the picture to sepia or just use grey scale, which could age a picture, or use a filter like Buzz Pro which gives some great effects. I wish I could show you some. :o)
