I have had a really bad appetite lately and have managed to lose weight that I didn't need to. How can I put weight back on? Don't want a fat tummy but could do with having a bit more weight on my face and bum. Thanks.
Anyway, isn't trying to put weight on being rather unkind to your hubby? For the first time in ages he can genuinely answer 'No' when you ask 'Does my bum look big in this?' but you want to make him start lying again!

Hi all. Yes, a terribly fussy eater. I am normally a size 10 but my jeans are hanging off me. Starting to verge on looking scrawny (know that friends (female) are concerned that I am getting too thin, although it is accidental. Also don't want to risk being unwell.
I don't know really, not been unwell or anything but it has returned with a vengeance. Actually had lunch the last three days and had my tea (plus loads of snacking in between). Don't do breakfast though, never have.
Do breakfast, it's the most important meal of the day. Have you tried a body composition scale, it measures your % fat and then you'll know if your in an unhealthy range.
Digestive biscuits. I was once in hospital ( giving birth) and there was an expectant mother there who was too skinny, and the nurses kept bringing her digestive biscuits - 2 every hour. She got very bored with them.
