Jom, i believe that is what will happen, or at least that is what i thought i heard the news reader say. That he will be released on bail, back into the community.
If I had my way I'd put him and the other one on a plane and open the hatches somewhere over the middle of the Atlantic .

Where does it say in the Human Rights legislation that a country has to pay nearly £3m on legal fees for just one person who is not English anyway? Who would object if the fees were stopped overnight?

Good news to begin with, but no doubt his lawyers will appeal against losing his right to appeal!!!!
His lawyers are now trying to get bail for Qatada.
What is the air fare to send him back? I will contribute.
