bibblebub, have you tried Coal Tar, it clears mine up in just a few days without fail.

Try Head & Shoulders Intensive Treatment shampoo. Sometimes hard to get hold of, it comes in a dark blue bottle. It cleared my psoriasis up in no time (after T-Gel failed).
