How good are trampettes for getting fit?

They are fine for about two weeks, then they will end up in the attic or the garage, believe me.

They put enormous stress on your knees and ankles. If you are after getting fit then something like a nordic trainer or even a simple tread mill is better. I appreciate that a trampette is a lot cheaper than a nordic trainer but what price arthritis?

At least you are motivated - just go for a swim - at least you dont have to buy a pool:)

I totally got the wrong impression from the title of you post. I thought you were referring to a dubious woman. Then again you'd probably lose weight a lot quicker and have much more fun.
