Plug your iPhone into your PC and open iTunes, click on your iPhone and select the music tab, you can then select the music that you want to use on the phone, select apply or sync (can't remember which) and let iTunes do the work, you'll know when it's finished.

That's a very rough guide on what to do as I haven't been on iTunes for ages and it's had a couple of updates since. Good luck.
