I remember an horrendous journey back to South Wales one Xmas Eve many years ago. The weather was getting worse, and there was a good chance that the M6 would be closed due to snow, and I might have to spend the night in the car. But the service from Kings kept my spirits up and I finally made it home, albeit many hours late and completely exhausted.

I think that for a lot of people these days, it isn't really about religion. I think that people should just celebrate it the way they want, so if someone wants to "keep Christ in 'Christ'mas" then they are free to that, but Christmas has changed so much over the years. I know for me, Christmas is more about being with my family and friends, but I am an Atheist so that's kind of why I guess. But anyways, just do what you want on Christmas, there's no use in being upset over how other people celebrate.

Christians can do this if they want (or robots who don't know if they are or not). What about putting the "Yule" or "Solstice" back in christmas? ;-)
I for one will be hijacking christmas back as usual and sharing food, drink prezzies and maybe a little seasonal charlie if I can find any :-)
