Has anoyone ever had the above and what does it mean as i believe it doesn't form part of a criminal record? what info will be held on the pnc with this?

police national computer querey

does having your name on the police computer but no record of a conviction mean that you have a criminal record? to cut a long story short i spoke to the police and my name is on there to show that...

Travel to USA for Holiday and seperately for summer employment??

Does anybody know if the fact that a fine has been obtained (and nothing else) for shoplifting will prevent/cause problems when one is hoping to go on holiday to USA and also when one requires a work...

ok heres the scenario...a person has been given a fpn for theft..no arrest, on the spot caution (whatever that means) and so a criminal record right? so what happens if the same thing was to happen...
