Mega delays receiving SMS msgs

I am with t-mobile (using nokia 6610) and regularly get delays of 3-4 hours befor txt msgs are delivered. Msgs sent to me often dont get thru to my phone for 3 or 4 hours. Sometimes also get 'sim card...
