Elements 12??

A while ago i bought the Genuine disc of Elements 12 and all has been OK until now. A banner comes up and tells me my 30 day trial has ended. Must i uninstall my elements and re load it again. Ideas...

I take a picture in RAW and when i transfer it to my PC and open in Elements it does not open as a RAW file (the image icon is CR2) Any answers please
