Jaw Muscle Loosening Drug

Does anybody know the name of the drug, which relaxes the muscles in the jaw which some youths are now using to just space out? I can't be more concise then that sorry.

I read this book by Josie Lloyd & Emyln Rees and it said it had been made in a TV Movie. It is English but I have never seen it. Did I miss it? It said it was on Feb 2002 in America. Any ideas?
