When I Try To Dial Out On My Bt Landline Ia Recorded Massage Says That The Call Is Being Redirected To Bt Bt

then it says that there is not a fault with the phone and i will not be charged for the call then after it has redirected it says press one to report a scam calls or press three for billing.
