print cartridges

just refilled the black cartridge on my lexmark all inone centre,followed the instuctions the black ink levels are 100% on screen but it is not printing in black

i have lost my till receipt for my microwave thats still under waranty the company wont do anything unless i have a reciept the shop i purchased it from wont do anything ,has anyone else had this...

passport

Is a passport needed to travel by plane from Manchester to Dublin (ireland) i have been told yes and no by different people, my dad went 10 years ago and said you do not need one, anybody else?
