Leaving Sky

I have been thinking of cancelling my subscription to Sky. Apart from Sky sports I think I have one of the dearest packages, and everything seems on all channels old 60&70s sitcoms and repeats....

iphone 4 deleting photos & video

Well Ive got myself one, synct it and transfered photos and video from my laptop.But I cant see how to delete any that I may want to in the future?

Adding channels to Sky

In the system setup option it has add channels. I want to add some Spanish channels TVE has been taken off the available list. Is this possible. How do I find out the details required.

Risks with boiled rice.

Although i have know for a long time the risk of eating leftover boiled rice, I have never had any adverse effect of eating my home made microwaved Saturday nights leftover curry on the Sunday night....
