Running has to stop!!

I have been doing 5 or 6 km 2 or 3 times weekly to keep in shape, but have to stop becuase of knee injury . What is the best substitute for running that will keep me fit but not result in knee...

solid wood flooring

I want to put solid wood flooring down,im told the only way to fix this is secret nailing to batens or gluing to a concrete base. Can i screw batens to existing 6"x6" quarry tiles that have no solid...
