does anybody know where i can buy a sandtimer, like one in a board game?  i brought a second hand pictionary game but it doesnt have a timer with it and i cant find one anywhere.

When I do a cartwheel, handstand or head-over-heels I can actually see 'stars' (like tiny pieces of floating glitter) for a second. What causes this phenomenon? Is it usual?
