How do you change the name that your computer is registered to? You know when you right click on my computer and it says registered to. Id like to do this without reinstslling the OS of possible.

Hello, I have a seagate barracuda 7200.7 SATA 160gb hard drive. My computer knows its 160 gig but it only shows 37. could anyone please help me figure out why and how to correct this? Thank You.
