ipod video formats

what video playback formats are compatible with the ipod ... i believe its mpeg4 but are there any others ... is mp4 the same as mpeg 4 ?

Just got serial key to upgrade from q/time to q/time pro ... where the hell does it go ?? tried entering it where it says registration but it says invalid ??!! help please ...

Please god can someone tell me why, when I import MP3 albums in to itunes (latest version downloaded today) does it split up the albums in odd tracks here and there ... its driving me nuts ! MP3s...

Wickes Thermostat radiator valves .

Anyone know how to fix / or replace a thermostat valve on a radiator ? If i remove it i will obviously get water every where as i cant see a shot off valve prior to the thermo valve ? ... all others...

Redundant ...

Am i right in thinking if i have been made redundant due to a contract being pulled then I am only entitled to my notice with salary at the end of it ? Or can I get any redundancy payment ?
