my c drive says its full but i know it is'nt because i have only recently had it installed

pc won't boot up

my pc won't boot up until i press the reset button, then it works fine. any ideas why, its only 12 months old

started a diet a few weeks ago and suddenly i have started to get smelly feet im a 50 year male and have never had smelly feet.could it be my diet or coincidence?
