Noisy taps

I have a mixer tap in the kitchen and when I turn it on it makes a screeching noise until it reaches full power. I have replaced the washer twice but it made no difference. Any suggestions

What can I use to combat smelly spa bath water?

I don't use the spa very often but when I do the water is smelly, I have heard that there are tablets to use in the bath but nobody in the shops knows what I mean, can anybody help?
