Chicken hurt in film Papillon

Watched this film on DVD and I am sure a chicken is badly injured when a soldier falls on it.


What do you think ?

I thought this type of thing was not allowed in film making.

Don't know what to say about that Doc,
I suppose it would not bother some people, but obviously it upset you,
Having been very close to death a couple of times myself, I now respect all forms of life, and feel that every living thing wants to live just as much as we do, so yes I was disturbed by that clip.

There are far worse things on youtube to be disturbed by than use animals - just look things done to animals on purpose, now THEY are disturbing

I do understand how you may be upset but this probably wouldn't happen today anyway with all the computer graphics etc they probably put the chooks on after filming has finished.

When you go to London, you see all those cards stuck in phone boxes from transvestite chickens. There must be a lot of them around.
