Eyebrow threading

Have any of you ladies had this done ?
I was in town this morning and there was a stand in the shopping centre and they were doing eyebrow threading for a fiver .I dithered :)
Does it hurt ? My eyebrows are nowhere near as thick and dark as they used to be these days but I was wondering if it might make them "look" neater and thicker.

Sorted my car insurance Woofy. I ended up with More>Than at £205 which was a lot less than Direct Line who I was with last year.

Yes Robi I can feel alovely breeze through my house at the moment. I've also had 2 lovely red butterflies in as well. Would they have been red admirals or are there more than 1 type of red ones.

Oh I forgot to thank you Robi for having us!! Talking of eyebrows I've had very thick black ones all my life and have plucked them forever. Now every time I go to my hairdresser she does them for me before she does my hair.

Your butterflies would most likely have been red admirals...apart from cabbage whites they're the ones I see most often along with peacocks and tortoiseshells.

I know a very rude version of Funiculi,Funicula in German .

I love the trews Jude .You look nice in those sort of things .I 've never had white trousers .They would be white for about five minutes before I managed to get a mark or something down them .I think the last white outfit I had was when I was about seven and I managed to throw up all over it on a coach .

yest again my post vanished, I said i like the trousers but my legs are too white and stumpy for white cut offs.....also yes white trousers and dirty dogs don't mix.

Lovely night's sleep and much fresher this morning...but very sneezy! Must be the breeze blowing all the dry stuff up off the fields. No rain, could do with a drop tonight.
I finally managed to rescue drain frog, I heard him slopping about down there as I did a bit of watering after the sun had gone down. So I mad a sling out of a strip of old towel, waited until he came out of his ledge on to it and gently raised him to the top...not a word of thanks, tut....haha, the things I do.

Better get moving before the unwashed hit the shops...is there any 4711 in here?

Morning all, oooh my head!!

Had a bit of a social life last night, Mr N took me out for a thai meal on the beach and it was delicious and then we went to hear out friends play in a beach bar, I was on mojitos and beer, not a good match. Staggered home at 1am, feet were killing me. Woke up this am could hardly stand on one leg, toes were so painful but OK now, we did a bit of food shopping then I came back to bed, just too darn hot. Mr N is watching the golf and may or may not go to play golf this afternoon.

Am off to catch up on my soaps.

Jude I love those trousers, I have a pair and also some white denim jeans with straight leg which were too big but fit perfickly now :-( Love your feet, they are similar to mine.

Haha..it's extremely rude and used to be sung when plenty of beer and schnapps had been consumed at parties and carnival.
Nice trip to Beccles and I have lovely bread,eggs,samphire ,various other veg,meat .......and ..a dressed crab and some cockles ....yummy .
It was drizzling though in bright sunshine .Must be a monkeys birthday as my Mum used to say !
