Eat less, exercise more. Sorry, but it's as simple as that.
and eat when you are HUNGRY not bored, stressed or unhappy.
eat small well balanced meals 4-5 times a day the idea is to never feel hungry or full, take regular exercise and drink plenty of water (as much as you can) try not to eat to much pre prepared food as they can contain loads of salt, sugar and fat. good luck with your diet, ohh and dont fall into the trap of buying low cal or lite products instead of normal snacks, just stop snacking
