i like to sleep and every night say that I am going to go to bed earlier, but never seem to make it - I like 7 - 8 hours but usually get about 6 - 6 and a half.

lol that will teach you . your be better just to ignore what joe has to say its not worth it . i tell my kids all the time your a better person to just ignore some one and walk away than to fight and row .... do as your told doc NOW :)
