I found out about my ex cheating,but did not act on it for a year. I never accused him, shouted at him, begged him to '"give it one more go"....why? Because I KNEW that the marriage was unsalvageable (it DID last 23 years) and had been for a while. I doubt he was a 'serial' philanderer.....and whatever he got from the work collegue he had the affair with...well it must be working,as they are still together more than 5years on. I don't condone what he did...but this is just an example of an affair that may have worked out ok for some of the people involved. Me...I have trust issues now

thats agood point pasta. i think with all those previous relationships where i did cheat, perhaps i kinda knew that it wasn't the full on mind blowing real long term thing and nver went as far as marriage. my woman now is my wife. i know its early but you gotta start somewhere. perhaps these people who have affairs just settled for the wrong person, or for the men at least, want tobe able to knob around without morre commitment.

legend also makes a good point. the lesbo thing is fine and great in the confies of your own home and viewing pleasure, but it does wear thin on thread after thread.
