Good Morning All, Blimey, despite going mad with the shortbread I have gone down two pounds. The only explanation I can give is that everything else that I have eaten must be right. At any rate I don't recommend everybody casting themselves over shortbread. I just happened to remember some being left over from Christmas and once remembered was the beginning...
Change of routine from an ordered day at work to a grab something when hungry leave period doesn't help one stick to the daily goal. Especially when for a fair chunk of the time someone else is effectively feeding you.
That said when i have been able to weigh myself it has all seemed very errratic.
3lb on for me this week and not happy as I have been quite good. Oh well, back to the drawing board, not going to let it get me down. It's so easy to put on but so difficult to lose but this is a lifestyle change for me so I will be carrying on with the healthy eating.
Like you say Jan, back to the drawing board. This gain must have given you a kick up the backside but don't fret, you can get it off again. As my hairdresser used to say.....we don't put on weight by just air going into our mouths.
You have the right attitude Jan. You know that you can't undo all the good work you have achieved. This is why I have taken a grip of myself as it all seems a waste of time if you don't keep it up . Good luck for next week.
