Dos anyone know where I can get this mail order please, my usual supplier doesn't seem to have any?
Just to be clear, I am not interested in alternates unless they are also a version of Canadian Club, or (and I mean this nicely) opinions on my taste in alcohol.

I've got a boxful of b/w photos I keep meaning to scan and save. I got as far as sorting them into categories...parents/family/who the 'eck are they? etc... but as usual I didn't finish the job.

Our printer is a bog standard Epson thing Woofy .It's got no scanner.It's practically a museum piece and I think it may even run on steam the way it clunks along :)

Oooh, can it get any windier? I started to get ready to go to the shops but it turned wild & came over really black so I abandoned the idea. It's been snowing about 20 miles away. :(

Hi Biddyfriends. Hooe you're all ok. It's very windy but lovely sunshin. I'm happy with the bathroom ceiling just the door to do now. Going to paint it and out new fittings on it. A car upon of new mats and then it's done. I had a new bathroom when I was at work.
Have I told you that already, can't remembers. It's an age thing, so I'm told.
Neti will you be near Brighton when you are over here?
Oops I've just had a 'check for problems' notice on my lap top. I'm not writing to you on it (the space bar Problem) just got it open in front off me. Multitasking it's called I think!
Jno I've just filled up with petrol and used my 10p of voucher also a double nectar points one as well. Can't be bad!

hello all, did more gardening and sorting today. I can actually see my dining room floor now and jolly dirty it is too.

Made another very nice fish n prawn pie, really nice, even if I say so myself, am now washed up, kitchen cleaned and me bathed and in bed, waiting for soaps.

I am GUTTED my fire insert decided to kill the flicker bit, so now it just sits there with glowing logs, no flickering flame effect, so so annoyed. Will have to look for another one and to save up. Was thinking about getting an ethanol one, really warm, clean and soot free, but where to buy the liquid over here? Would be a bother!

Just trying something. If it's what I think it is this is my fireplace in which I burnt logs and coal before I had a gas fire put in. It's been in 49 years blimey!

busy day ahead, some Impressionists to see this morning (not Rory Bremner) then a Do this evening which will probably have the same people there as at the Do I went to yesterday. At least we haven't been having snow down here so it's not freezing when I leave the house.

Morning all...sunny but bloomin cold here too. Keep the fire stoked up please, it's lovely. I had a poor night so I've been lolling in bed watching the tele. I caught a lovely programme I'd missed the first time around, Sark, an Island Parish. It was Christmas, neti would have loved it, very quaint. They're all a little bit crazy. I want a pet sheep called Persil :)

Lovely and bright very cold and breezy. We've been promised milder weather towards the end of the week though.
Hope you're all ok .
The fire looks cosy ,we've only lit ours a couple of times this winter .It's very nice but cleaning out the grate etc is hard work !
I loved all the Island Parish series Robinia .I liked the ones in the Scilly Isles .I remember Persil the sheep .He was more like a dog really the way he followed him around.

Good morning all, I enjoyed Island Parish too. All the knitted sheep around town then collected together for the nativity service. Its a nice day here, mild and sunny, had a dreadful night, we had two nasty rain squalls come through which the dogs hated, they were about 2 hours apart so we all spent a lot of time awake. We are all fine today though. My 20 tubs have arrived, much work ahead.
