I quite enjoy mustard with my eats.The people i work with say they wouldnt have mustard on anything,they would rather starve.I go through a large pot a month.Anyone else on here a mustard fan?

Yes, ynnafymmi your description is exactly right. MrsProf insists I get a haircut this week and my round-bottomed flasks and retorts are bubbling merrily away giving out the smelliest laboratory pongs imaginable. I wear my lab coat as a badge of honour as there are more acid holes in it than material! But then that may be own fault as I squint through my specs...

@15.08.Never seen that squeezable stuff.I have never seen it in any shops up here in Scotland.Was it a one off?

Yes, I'm still doing vaccine stuff and spending part of the week researching the covid sub-variants that are around. Currently, we're building new laboratories on-site (no planning permission necessary!) and money is no object when I specify what we need to equip the laboratories. Covid has given the men in suits holding the purse strings the jitters for once!

The rest of a typical week, I'm back at the university but I'm also getting a dab hand with Microsoft Teams.

We use French's squirty must in sandwiches and burgers etc as its mild and goes well with ketchup. I use English mustard in homemade white sauce and mash.
