Mix all of the above ingredients in a bowl. Then, divide into two, form each piece into a long log shape. Roll each log in dessicated coconut, wrap in foil, and place in the fridge to set. A few hours later it will be ready to slice into yummy, moreish calorific mess. Keep in fridge when not being eaten. Easiest Big Pants Week calorie fix in the world. Takes 10 mins to make, and if you're like my household, both logs will be eaten in less than a week.
Use in making fudge (with chocolate or almonds, walnuts etc) or tablet, millionaires shortbread, jellies, flans.
