Is Death Really The End?
To be fair, however, you must face the fact that the confusion is caused by the many religions that muddy the clear waters of Bible teachings with fallacies and legends. When you ignore the traditions and myths and stick to what the Bible actually says, you discover a teaching that makes sense.

Locusts, you and your comrades appear to be consistently overlooking one simple fact. As difficult as it may be for you to comprehend, you have nothing to offer the many who don’t want to spend eternity with you in your imaginary earthly paradise. They accept death as a consequence of life. locusts

we nothing to offer // once again I have to disagree//
on your left hand you seem to be a very intelligent woman and you fight for the rights of life // why if death is better
and life seems to be very important to you//
and you quote many scriptures from the holy writings //
and about matters of life//
then you talk about ending life
let me ask you may question please//in this life upon this earth at this moment you are taking seriously ill//
and you obviously-- will go to the best surgeon to get the best treatment possibly to preserve the your life//
and to extend Life as longest time possible.

Goodlife, // No,that is not what the Bible teaches.//
The bible is wrong.
Locusts, //on your left hand you seem to be a very intelligent woman and you fight for the rights of life // why if death is better//
I didn’t say death is better – I said it’s preferable to spending eternity with sycophants. If you didn’t believe that in exchange for your precious intellect, your God offers you an opportunity to escape death, you would have no use for him. He would be redundant. When life is over, human beings, like everything else in the universe, die. Get used to it.

chrisgel@ Very good thanks, but You do well to take to heart the counsel of Proverbs 14:15: Fools believe every word they hear, but wise people think carefully about everything
It is unwise to believe everything presented as truth in the media. While we certainly do not distrust all secular information, we do recognize that “the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one.”—1 John 5:19.

Goodlife.
Educate yourself. Please watch this as he expresses my thoughts far more eloquently than I ever could.
locusts yes I do agree that his video is very good
and what it is trying to say --and to disprove that there is a god//
but he also puts many thoughts that there is possibly could be a creator because of the time.
And the complex universe//the universe is like a minefield so complex and unknown to scientists they are still learning how it all works
and they do not have all the answers.
Yes you can have your own theories and thoughts and imagination --
which is good for him he talked about the universe and the billions of years it took to create --
and how man came into existence I noticed there was some fall's in his explanation
it always come back to the chickens and the egg which came first ??
yes-- I think many Christians would acknowledge that it took billions of years for creation and for the earth to become alive.
I have a problem with his explanation and is to do with the Water //
where did it all come from
because water is life . ( air is Water-- trees need water---- trees give off carbon dioxide --so on so on it go-so
I'm back to the chicken and the egg?? ---- which came first

goodlife posts Questions only to flex his religious muscles quoting bibical quotes to back his theories.
He is not interested in a debate, or in answering any other questions or points raised.
His constant refusal to accept any view other than his own makes posting pointless - i would strongly advise all my AB colleagues to desist from his threads - time is too precious.
godlife - save yourself the time finding a quote from the Bible about time being precious, or me not undestanding the mysteries of faith, or indeed anything - I will not be returning to your threads, except as a reader.

The joke of the day is a touch of absurdity about dusty Bibles in Christian homes that borders on the humorous. Supposed Christians who do not read their Bibles are a joke to some. They are about as funny as an engineer who never studied his engineering books, but it is no joke to cross one of his bridges. They are about as funny as a surgeon who never read his books on anatomy, but you would stop laughing if he came into the operating room and started a haphazard probing into your body with a knife in search of your appendix.
