Unknown bush/shrub

We have this bush in the garden .When it comes into bloom it looks glorious and it's just starting now .However I have no idea what it is . It was here when we moved in nearly nine years ago .
Any offers ?

Oh dear jno, are you a time traveller now? I'll see which year my big pc's in later. Local radio presenter said it was 9th January twice this morning. Must be something in the freezing cold air.

hello all, glad you are still with us Neti. I have had a bit of a strange day....very vivid dreams and I have kind of lived in them all day. Went to see my friend down the road this evening and had a cuddle of her new granddaughter...I have known her since before new baby’s dad was born....

Morning all! Oh what a nught! Was in ICU for two hours as BP was excessive! Blood was coming out of my eye! Raging headache! And people pay to go through this? Nose still bleeding but hope I can go home later! They putting me on calming drips!

Good to see you too woofy. My dreams are still far busier than my real life and I know how it feels when they scramble your daytime thoughts. Last night I was in a busy hospital and found a small boy wandering alone. He said his name was Chip(!) and he'd been with his mum and grandma (she was the ill one). I couldn't find anyone to help but I finally left him with the blue rinse volunteers. Decipher that one.

Put a hot pack up your libby when you go out shaney.

That sounds awful for you Neti. Keep calm and do as told by nursie and hopefully it'll soon heal .You must rest .

There's been light snow in the air here but it's brightening up.

Well I feel fine. Cleaners just been in and did not a lot! Changed other bed but left my bloody one and mopped a bit ! Feel most affronted! I do at least have a clean nightie and had a wash!

Home now in bed, desperately trying not to hoover or anything! My cold has finally arrived and it's strange not being able to, sniff or wipe nose, eyes are streaming but not blood this time!
Have to go back on Monday to have cotton wool removed from nostrils! Even Mr N says I look like a pig and he loves me! Nose is fat and dressing taped on end doesn't help.
