Hi i have recently put posts about my ex partner assaulting me - he swears he didnt touch me and didnt have knife to me. The thing is im not actually sure what happend! Ive been over and over it thousand times but its still not clear! Ive spoke to IDVA and loads of other people but nobody seems interested! Im currently suffering from anxiety and depression so they are just saying its because of that that im confused but i can read my original statement before court - i dont think this is fair surly if im not clear what happend he can not be still charged!
Any advice would be great about what else i can do!

This isnt about me and him back together its about me trying to do whats right although i wonder why sometimes but thats different story!
I want us to be able to at least talk to each other normally for the kids sake - i know he loves our kids and they love him and i want them to be able to see each other.
Everything else can be sorted in time one way or another its important that the kids are happy!

But if your story is true then the children see you like this you are unstable and it is not good for your children (they will sense it even if you try to hide it) if it is not true then again you are unstable and need to seek professional help as there are people who do come on here with real problems similar to yours and are in fear for their life not defending the person who hurt them this is what you have to understand ,

best things for children being in a stable home enviroment with 1 parent is better than in a home with 2 parents who try to commit suicide or beat up the other partner up when ever they feel like it


i really hope you are on the level as lots of people have put time and effort into writing you answers ,some of whom have lots going on in their own life but ae trying to help you x
